3 Session Defend Yourself Training Experience


As part of our program, you’ll receive:

  • an introduction to Stance, Striking, and other elements of
    Defend Yourself Training
  • structural and muscular imbalance analysis
  • movements and activities that are appropriate for your
    fitness level and goals
  • 3 Team Training sessions (small groups of 2 – 6 people)
  • If you’re not yet a Big Sky Member, you’ll also have full access to the gym,
    including all Group-X Classes (classes vary by location).


Note:
You’ll have 14 days to use the 3 sessions.
