Yellow Team

Tuesday 5:30p-6:00p
Thursday 6:00p-6:30p

Swimmers will focus on enhancing their freestyle and backstroke techniques, while also learning flip turns and the fundamentals of breaststroke and butterfly.

This group will practice up to twice a week for 30 minutes each session.

**Swimmers in this group must be able to swim freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly for a minimum distance of 12 yards each.

Green Team

Monday 6:00p-6:45p
Tuesday 6:00p-6:45p
Wednesday 6:00p-6:45p

This team will focus on mastering the fundamentals of the four competitive strokes, as well as diving and flip turns.

This group can practice up to three times a week for 45 minutes per session.

**Must be able to swim freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly for a minimum of 25 yards each.

Monday 6:30p-7:30p
Tuesday 6:30p-7:30p
Wednesday 6:30p-7:30p
Thursday 6:30p-7:30p

Swimmers on this team will concentrate on enhancing their technique for each swim stroke, while building endurance and speed.
This group can practice up to four times a week for one hour per session.
**Must be able to swim all 4 strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly) for 50 yards each.

Red Team

Monday 6:45p-8:15p
Tuesday 6:45p-8:15p
Wednesday 6:45p-8:15p
Thursday 6:30p-8:00p

Swimmers will be challenged to reach new levels of speed and endurance.
Training will emphasize advanced techniques and the rationale behind each stroke.
This group practices up to four times a week for 90 minutes per session.
**Must be able to swim all 4 strokes for 100 yards each and swim a 200-yard individual medley
