Choose from either (1) free training session OR (1) free month of membership.

(3) of your friends join
Choose from either (3) free training sessions OR (3) free months of membership.

(5) of your friends join
Get a whole year of membership PLUS (5) free training sessions on us
(as long as all (5) join within 90 days of each other).

It’s simple.
You tell us who you want “credit” for if they ever join.
Unless another member has already claimed them first,
when any of your friends join*, we’ll let you know.

You then get to pick whether you want . . .
free training sessions or free membership time . . . or both.
