Not a member? Not a problem! At Big Sky, you don’t have to be a member or even live locally to work with our Coaches!

Flexible Scheduling Options

We offer in-person, virtual, and hybrid coaching options, giving you the flexibility to train whenever and wherever works best for you. Workout at the gym with one of our expert trainers, join a virtual session from home with whatever equipment you might have, or jump into a session from a hotel gym.

You can even mix and match to fit your lifestyle. Whatever you choose, we’re here to help you reach your goals!

For as little as $40/session, our coaches will customize a workout plan tailored to your schedule, help you adopt healthier eating habits, overcome any obstacles that stand in your way, and guide you toward reaching your fitness goals.

  • My first experiences with virtual training occurred during the pandemic. I had the opportunity to continue my weekly training sessions without missing a beat using some items I had at home (stability ball, resistance, bands, and weights). During this virtual training, TIFFANY provided feedback, encouragement and adaptive exercises when needed to myself and fellow trainees  just as she had done in person at the gym. It is good to know that virtual training sessions continue to be available should the need arise.

  • I began training at Big Sky in 2018.  During COVID I switched to Zoom sessions and have continued with remote personal training ever since.  I like the convenience remote training offers and I fully benefit from Ryan’s training experience and motivational skills.  Since I prefer to use my own equipment, he customizes each workout to match the gear in my home.    Plus, I don’t have to miss a workout when I travel.  I’m 57 and firmly believe personal training is the best healthcare I can provide myself.  My strength, endurance, and balance are better now than in my forties.

  • Having the option to workout via Zoom with my wonderful Big Sky trainer Tiffany has been a lifesaver. It was a necessity during the COVID lockdown when the gym was closed. Even though we weren’t together we were able to see friends while working out which was a much needed social outlet. I’m now a 24/7 caregiver for my husband so it is impossible to get to the gym.
