Group Fitness: We’re ALWAYS looking for great Group Fitness Instructors!
Yoga Instructors… Zumba Instructors… Spinning Instructors… experienced instructors of any type! Highest pay in the area. Must hold a current Group Fitness Certification and be CPR Certified.
Front Desk: Full and part time positions available. Have fun greeting members, “tending bar” with Big Sky Blendz, and helping people get started! Join our Extreme Team and make fitness your career. Stop by any of the clubs to fill out an application.
Day Care: Part time positions available. Staffed by loving, caring people who are either experienced Moms or students pursuing a degree, the Big Sky Kids’ Club is a great place to work! Ok to bring your kids with you while you work. Stop by any of the clubs to fill out an application.
Lifeguards and Swim Instructors: Earn up to $20 per hour! To teach swim lessons you must have a current lifeguard certification and swim experience. We’ll provide paid on-the-job training! Swim lessons are most in demand after school and on weekends so you must have afternoon and weekend availability. Most of all… you must enjoy working with children!!

- Build strong client relationships by demonstrating real results.
- Master our Small Group Training systems and elevate the Clients’ training experience.
🎓 What You Bring:
- High School diploma or GED required. Willing to obtain a certified personal trainer credential within 6 months—we’ll pay 100% of the cost.
- A four-year degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field is a plus.
- Personal training experience is helpful—but not required.
- CPR/AED certification (or willing to complete within 3 months).
