Showcase 360-degree view, adjustments, and the bicep curl

Overview

The MaxPump Standing Multi Rotary Arms Curl is a commercial-grade, selectorized machine designed for comprehensive bicep training. Unlike traditional seated curl machines, this standing station engages your core while allowing you to seamlessly target the biceps. It features a 125 kg (276 lb) weight stack, advanced biomechanics, and 360-degree rotary handles that adapt to your natural wrist movement, reducing joint stress.

Machine Set-Up

1

Adjust the Pedal Platform

Step onto the machine's base. Use the adjustment lever to raise or lower the pedal platform so that your armpits rest comfortably over the top edge of the support pad. Proper alignment is essential for safety and optimal biomechanics.

2

Select Your Weight

Insert the magnetic pin into the weight stack to select your desired resistance. Because this machine supports up to 125 kg, start light if you are unfamiliar with the rotary handle mechanics.

3

Set Your Grip

Grasp the rotary handles with an underhand (supinated) grip. The handles will naturally rotate to accommodate your wrist mobility as you move throughout the curl.

The Movement: Standing Bicep Curl

Starting Position
Stand firmly on the platform with your chest against the pad. Your arms should be fully extended downward, resting against the angled support.
The Motion
Keeping your upper arms pinned to the pad, exhale and contract your biceps to pull the rotary handles upward toward your shoulders.
The Return
Squeeze hard at the top of the movement, then inhale and slowly lower the handles back to the starting position with complete control.
