Coming from an athletic background growing up, I was always moving. I participated in a variety of sports over the years including soccer, competitive cheerleading, volleyball and I ran both cross country and track. Movement was, and still is, an extremely important part of my life both physically and mentally. It wasn’t until my freshman year of high school however, that I began learning how to strength train under the supervision of a coach to support my athletic performance. Once I started strength training at the age of 14, I absolutely fell in love with it!

As high school came to an end, I knew I wanted to learn more about fitness so I opted to study exercise and sport science. Within that first semester of college, I knew I wanted to become a trainer or coach of some sort because I wanted to help as many people as possible create a healthy, balanced and sustainable lifestyle. In doing so, I also wanted to deliver a high-energy environment for people to feel comfortable as they embarked on their own fitness journeys.

I’m an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with experience in training athletes, people looking to build muscle and/or lose weight, as well as people looking to increase their mobility to perform everyday tasks. Whatever your short term and long-term goals are, my mission is to help you get there. We’re in this together, we’re in this for the long run. I understand that the journey to achieve results is NOT the same for everyone. My job is to guide you down the path that is going to work for you and help you succeed. There will be obstacles and errors will be made but together, we will make this a lifestyle!
