People discover fitness in many different ways, but for me, it has always been rooted in my love for cheerleading. Growing up, I spent countless hours training and competing, which taught me the importance of discipline, teamwork, and resilience. That passion continued with me through college, where I competed while pursuing my degree.

I graduated from Keene State College with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor in Sport and Exercise Psychology, which helped me see how deeply connected the mind and body are in achieving wellness. My coaching style focuses on creating balance between the physical and mental sides of training. I believe that when you challenge yourself in the gym, you’re not just building muscle—you’re also shaping your mindset, your outlook, and your confidence in everyday life. My goal is to help people become the best version of themselves, inside and out, and to empower them to discover their full potential.

Over the years, I’ve also seen firsthand how injuries can set people back, both in sports and in everyday life. That’s why I’m passionate about not just pushing hard in the gym, but training correctly—building a strong foundation, moving safely, and finding balance. My goal is always to help people train smarter so they can stay active, strong, and healthy long term.

Cheerleading taught me that energy, positivity, and perseverance can transform not only your own journey, but also the people around you. That’s why I strive to create a community where clients feel supported, motivated, and inspired to push beyond what they thought possible.
