I’m an Air Force veteran and performance coach with 25 years of experience training everyone from pro athletes to everyday people rebuilding their strength and confidence. My style is a mix of old-school grit and modern, science-backed training, no theories, no gimmicks, just what works. And yeah, I use humor to get people through the grind without losing their sanity.

I live by two core beliefs: “The only failures are the lessons not learned when we fall,” and the proverb I train by “Fall down seven, get up eight.” That mindset drives every session I coach.

I focus on restoring movement, sharpening fundamentals, and building real, durable strength that carries over to life, not just the gym. Workouts are kept fresh, intentional, and tailored so nobody gets stuck in a stale routine.
