As a child, I never thought I would be helping others regain their lives. At the age of 3, I was diagnosed with a condition that caused a physical decline in my right arm. Growing up, I was told that my future would involve surgeries and dependency on others. I was never the kid chosen during gym class and was often asked to stay on the bench due to my condition.
Everything changed when I joined Big Sky. One of the coaches introduced me to strength training, and my life transformed. I unlocked my body’s potential and saw incredible improvements in my posture, functionality, and mental health. This experience ignited my passion for helping others pursue a better life. After witnessing the impact of training on my life, I decided to pay it forward and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
I’ve always been resilient and committed to my goals. I take pride in seeing how far hard work and dedication can take me. I bring the same commitment and devotion to my clients and their goals.
Because I take my role in supporting others to heart, I’m always looking for opportunities to improve my knowledge to best benefit my clients. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM – CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialization (NASM-CES), Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM-CNC) and a Behavior Change Specialization (NASM-BCS).
I have a background in martial arts and five years of experience in the prevention and rehabilitation of mental health, trauma, addiction, and eating disorders.
When I’m not training, I enjoy cooking, going to concerts, skateboarding, running, modeling, and exploring the world with my mischievous Akita puppy, who keeps me grounded!
