“Impossible becomes possible when you step outside your comfort zone.”
My name is Noah. I began my career at Big Sky in 2017, and since then, I have helped individuals achieve a wide variety of fitness and lifestyle goals. Some clients have lost over a hundred pounds while others went from first time lifters to power lifting competitions, even claiming state records. I also specialize in athletic/athlete development working with multiple high school Division I, II, and III players, as well as professional athletes amongst many sports. Every client is different and every one presents exciting opportunities.
Before becoming a personal trainer, I played baseball both in college and professionally for three years. This brought me to Europe, as well as Australia, and finally back to Connecticut where I grew up. I currently reside in Glastonbury with my wife (who holds a doctorate in physical therapy), and also have three beautiful daughters.
When you work with me, my ultimate goal is empowerment. I want to empower you to achieve your goals, whatever they may be, and I believe fitness can provide a solid foundation to do so. The first thing we’ll do is discuss what you want to achieve and I’ll use my expertise to figure out how we can get you there in the shortest amount of time possible. Of course, I also recognize that time is valuable and we can’t always exercise for hours each day, so we’ll devise routines that are feasible and appropriate, but also just a little bit challenging.
Ultimately, as your coach, I promise I’ll be your biggest supporter but also your kick in the butt when needed. If you ask any of the people I train, they’ll tell you I’m passionate: not just about my work but also my clients. What’s important to you becomes important to me.
As long as you’re willing to work hard and be honest, I’m confident we can achieve your fitness goals together.
