At Big Sky, we love seeing our members accomplish things they once thought were out of reach. Just ask Danielle R of Plainville. She’s feeling stronger and more confident than ever—thanks to the expert coaching and encouragement she’s found working with Coach Jesse at Big Sky New Britain.
“The first time I stepped into Big Sky, I had a good vibe. Jill greeted me with a hello and a big smile. I certainly didn’t realize the impact Big Sky would have on me—or on my health.
Meeting Jesse at our first sit-down left me feeling like I had hope. I could do this.
When I started at Big Sky, it had been about 20 years since I could get up or down off the floor on my own—and that was only one of my many challenges.
Since starting in February, I’ve found so much more energy, and I’m gaining more and more confidence in myself. Jesse wasn’t there to “sell me” training. He’s truly there to help, educate, and he genuinely cares.
I can proudly say that I can now get up and down off the floor (not so gracefully yet, but I can get up!), and I’ve lost 15 pounds so far!
