Welcome to Big Sky.
For today’s Gym Tip we’re going to show you how to do the Romanian Deadlift, also known as the stiff legged deadlift, or simply the RDL.
- Toe, knee and hip if straight alignment.
- Back flat.
- Slight bend in knee.
- Head stays in line with the spine.
- Working the hamstrings and glutes.
- It’s very important not to round the spin and lose posture.
