Altogether, over $989 THOUSAND DOLLARS of your annual club improvement fees were reinvested back into your gyms.

… we added $12 THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of dumbbells, a new matrix multi-station setup, and we updated “the pit”, the redesigned workout space outside the spin room.
We also completely refreshed our lobby furniture to make the club even more comfortable and inviting for our members and their guests.

… saw a brand-new strength training area added to the back mezzanine upstairs, with new dumbbells up to 60 pounds and three new adjustable benches.
Downstairs, we replaced a carpeted area with more rubber flooring, providing more space for functional training, stretching and core work.
In December, we added eight new pieces from hammer strength, life fitness and hoist, and we’ve already added two additional pieces in January.

… even MORE of the best strength training equipment arrived in 2023, including a new Smith machine, a multi-station cable machine, a new leg extension and a new pull down… And just in time for all your new pr’s, over $2,000 of new weight plates joined the party.
We also improved our amazing locker rooms in New Britain with new tile, new carpet and a new paint job.

… 10 new pairs pairs of iron grip dumbbells, along with six more new adjustable benches, means you now have 96 feet of dumbbells in one of the largest free weight areas in New England.
Upstairs, two new cable systems and a treadmill from Matrix joined a new leg extension from life fitness, as well as 25 more pairs of dumbbells and 20 kettlebells… So no more searching for the perfect weight for your workout.
And don’t forget the extensive repairs to the men’s locker room and the HVAC systems in 2023, to make the club even more comfortable.

Between a complete overhaul of the front entrance and lobby in 2023, three resurfaced indoor tennis courts with new nets and over 2000 fresh carpet, the club is looking brand new.
When you stop by to grab a workout on the new step mills, new lat pull down or new squat press, don’t forget to also stop by our incredible new shake bar, stocked with the best protein shakes around.
For summer camp at Big Sky Farmington, we added a brand-new playground and swing set, a gaga pit, a snack shack, and a new pool entry fence. We extended the pavilion area, added new lifeguard stands, a new inflatable pool slide and new leisure seating surrounding the pool.
In order to have locker rooms available for use throughout the project, both the men’s and the ladies room required a two-phase renovation. Phase one is complete, and we’ll start phase two soon.
