Tender Turkey Burgers

Grilling season’s here!

These homemade Tender Turkey Burgers are super easy to throw together for a party, and a great alternative for those that want an option a little bit lighter than regular burgers. With just a few simple ingredients, these burgers are perfect for your next cookout. I like to put them in a simple lettuce wrap with tomatoes and pickles – but they also pair well with pasta salad, or any traditional summer side. Enjoy!!

1 pound 93% lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together and form 4 patties.

If grilling: Generously grease grill grate and preheat grill to 400 degrees. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through to 165 degrees.

If cooking inside: Heat skillet with oil on medium. Cook for about 5-6 minutes per side.

Optional Toppings:
Cheddar, swiss, American or provolone cheese
sliced tomato
sliced onion
caramelized onion
ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce
