Their scientifically proven methods take out all the guesswork and point you in the right direction.

Our shakes are made with your choice of chocolate or vanilla power protein, fat-burning protein or weight-gainer! We put one scoop of either protein (20g) in each of our 24oz shakes (even more with our weight-gainer blendz), making the perfect pre, post or whenever snack! In addition, we add frozen fruit—blueberries, strawberries, bananas, peaches, blackberries and pineapples. You can choose a fruity, a chocolatey or a peanut butter flavored shake, or combine all three if you’re feeling wild! And don’t forget about our supplements that can be added to any shake:
Creatine—speeds up muscle growth, lowers blood sugar levels, helps muscle cells produce more energy
Spirulina—anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, can lower LDL cholesterol levels, lowers triglyceride levels
Cayenne Pepper—lowers blood pressure, aids digestion, boost metabolism (CAUTION: spicy!!)
Ginseng—reduces inflammation, benefits brain function, increases energy levels
