In just 5 months, mother of four Barbara Marino has lost 30 pounds and 3 pants sizes!  

We asked her how she did it and she was happy to share her experience…

We also asked Barbara about people’s reaction to her results. 

“People have stopped me at work and commented on how good I look – people I don’t even know well, but I’ve seen in passing.  It surprised me that they even noticed!”

Finally we asked Barbara if she would share her very best advice for someone just starting out.

“Don’t give up!  In 4 weeks you’ll feel the difference.  In 8 weeks people close to you will notice the difference.  In 12 weeks, others around you will notice.”
