This is the EASIEST recipe you’ll ever make…A can of lentils, taco seasoning and you’re basically done! Serve it up for the family or make a killer meal prep; this recipe is one you’ll make time and time again.
1 tsp olive oil
1 can of lentils (15 oz)
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 can of black beans
1/2 cup of salsa (any kind)
1 small can of green chiles
lettuce, tomato, onion, shredded Mexican blend cheese and black olives optional!
pour olive oil in a pan on medium heat
drain lentils and black beans, then add to the pan
add green chiles (do not drain)
add taco seasoning once everything else is in the pan
stir everything together gently—try not to mash the beans and lentils
add your favorite salsa for some extra flavor
prepare in a bowl with lettuce or on a tortilla with your favorite toppings!
