Kathryn Bailly has been working with Trainer Maggie Hemingway at Big Sky New Britain. She was kind enough to answer a few questions for us.
Q: How did you feel when you first started at Big Sky?
A: In the beginning was very nervous about being in a gym environment.
Q: Why did you decide to work with a Big Sky Trainer?
A: I wanted to have someone with the knowledge to help me reach my goals.
Q: What was your primary goal?
A: I wanted to train for my first half marathon and to challenge myself with a new goal that I’d never accomplished before.
Q: What have your results been so far?
A: I’ve lost 30 pounds, lost 8% body fat, and completed several half marathons.
Q: Any advice for someone just starting out?
A: Set small goals for yourself and work toward them. Each new good habit is a step in the right direction!
