Benjamin Krynick had a family history of diabetes, wanted to make a change for overall long-term health, lose a significant amount of weight, and improve his life. Benjamin tells us, “I had a strong start on my own, with the help of my friends.  They were a huge motivation – I couldn’t have done it without them.”  Although he was off to a great start, he knew if he was going to continue to make progress he needed expert advice and motivation, so he began working with Trainer Jeremy Goodman at Big Sky New Britain. 

Jeremy came up with a plan and held Benjamin accountable.  In two years Ben has lost over 150 POUNDS !  His blood pressure is down, and he’s run both half and full marathons… all great accomplishments.  But most importantly, he’s become a role model and inspired others to make healthy lifestyle changes for themselves. 

Ben’s advice for people just starting out is to start small.  “Develop routines and add to them in small steps.  Tell everyone what you’re doing.  Your best friends and family will be there to support you every step of the way, but the choice to change must come from within.  With the right goals and a strong plan, there’s nothing that you cannot achieve.”
