Ricky Leone of Bristol has lost 33 POUNDS working with his Trainer Maggie at Big Sky New Britain. He kindly agreed to answer some questions for us and share his story:
Q – What was your primary goal when you started working with your Trainer?
A – I wanted to lose weight and have a healthier lifestyle. I was grossly obese and couldn’t stand looking at myself any longer. I was feeling very unhealthy.
Q – Did you have a time frame in mind when you started? By when did you want to reach your goals?
A – I started in April of 2016 and wanted to reach my goals by the end of the year.
Q – How did you do?
A – In just 6 months I lost 33 pounds. I started at 26.1% body fat and set a goal of getting to 18%. I also hit 17.9% in that 6 month time frame, reaching my goals with time to spare!
Q – What’s your favorite thing about Big Sky?
A – My Trainer Maggie! She’s very positive and always takes the time to make sure I’m staying on track and reaching my goals. She always checks on me when I’m there, and the entire staff is always showing encouragement.
Q – If you could share a bit of advice with someone who’s just starting out, what would that be?
A – You CAN do it. It’s all mindset. Set your goals and be diligent and the rest will follow. Surround yourself with positivity. It really does rub off and sets you up to succeed.
