She lost 50 POUNDS at Big Sky !

Kayleigh Graham of Manchester has been working out with Big Sky Vernon Trainer Sarah Wells.  She was kind enough to answer a few of our questions and share her experience.

Q. What was your primary goal when you began working with Sarah ?

A. When I started working with Sarah I had a goal to lose weight and be healthy.  I needed to be able to keep up with my son, and I needed to be confident in my own skin.kayleigh-g

Q. What was your motivation to start working out ?kayleigh

A. I was at my heaviest (262 lbs.) and had no motivation at all. I knew I had to do something about it.

Q. What results have you seen so far ?

A. In the past year I’ve lost 50 POUNDS !

Q. That’s GREAT ! What are your activities like now ?

A. I’m training on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and also doing cardio three times a week. I really enjoy hiking and going on walks with my son.

Q. Do you have any “words of wisdom” you would share with someone who might be just starting out

A. Reporting to my trainer weekly really helped. I knew I couldn’t slack.  I also found Pinterest to be very helpful when looking for healthy recipes to cook.  Ordering groceries online to avoid buying junk food is also a great idea !
