Daniel Forlenzo and Gerrid Matthews both found the help they were looking for at Big Sky New Britain!  They both had different fitness goals, but were able to accomplish what they set out to do thanks to trainer, Jesse.

Daniel wanted to lose weight and he figured after 30 years of not doing anything it was time. He owes
his 50lb weight loss to his trainer, a strict diet and working out six times a week. The best piece of advice Daniel can give is to stick with it and never give up.

Gerrid wanted to work on strength and conditioning in addition to losing some weight. He wanted to get in shape in order to perform better during his hockey games. After working with Jesse, Gerrid was able to lose 35lbs and 12% body fat. He loved that Big Sky New Britain had a wealth of equipment, protein shakes and of course, his trainer. His advice is to set small goals and always celebrate when you reach them no matter the size.
