Sue Skipp of Newington had two weddings to prepare for. Both of her son’s were tying the knot and she knew she needed to make some changes. Her primary goals were to lose the weight and get stronger. She set a date to lose the weight by and got serious!
Sue started training at Big Sky Newington with her Trainer Tiffany. Sue says, “Working with a trainer, specifically Tiffany, has motivated me to do things I never thought I’d do. Tiffany motivates me and encourages me more and more each day!” After two years of working with Tiffany, Sue has lost 25.5 lbs and over 5% of body fat. Sue admits that the best way to accomplish your goals is by being consistent, eating right and drinking plenty of water! Now Sue’s able to keep up with her granddaughter, she feels stronger and is even taking jazz dance classes!
